Why should I choose National Auto Sales over the other competition?

In today's marketplace, there are so many brokers and online dealers offering great prices, some even cheaper than ourselves. However, buying a new car isn't just about a great price, it's just as important to know that you are dealing with a competent and secure company.

The team within National Auto Sales' network are trained to the very highest standard and study the market and stock that they are selling very closely.

What do we actually do? How does it work?

National Auto Sales, the company, is a new car broker. We have access to many discount structures set by the manufacturers, and with our expert knowledge of the trade we know where and how to look for the best new car deals.

Our time in the business has put us in touch with some of the country's biggest new Car retailers making purchasing easy and very competitive.

Our aim is to assist you with your new car purchase by finding the right new car, choosing the quickest and most reliable dealer and having the car delivered to you with no hassle whatsoever.

We take care of your order from initial discussion right through to delivery.

Why are your car prices so competitive?

At National Auto Sales we supply vehicles to large fleet companies as well as to the public. This means we obtain a greater deal from the manufacturers and can then pass that discount over to you, the customer.

How do I Order?

The easiest way to order is to call myself, Damian, on the telephone number provided, or email me at sales@nationalautosales.co.uk. Myself, or a member of the team will ask for all the necessary details including name, address and all relevant car details.

Can I order options for my new car?

Yes, you can. National Auto Sales offer you the chance to add whatever options you require to your new car. All options are charged at full manufacturer prices as listed on either their website or in their latest brochure / price list.

Do National Auto Sales have any extra fees or charges?

No. We do not charge any extra fees for our service, and there are no hidden costs.

How often is the National Auto Sales website and its information updated?

The team within National Auto Sales endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date as possible. However, with so many manufacturers’ changes, we make sure that we check each price and detail during every telephone or email enquiry to make sure that we are quoting you correctly.
Most manufacturers change their prices every three months; once we are informed of the change we alter the site immediately.

What is your ordering procedure, and how will you manage it?

If you wish to order a new car, a personalised customer order form will be sent to you. On return of the signed form, and a form of deposit paid, a procedure letter will be sent immeditely to you. This letter will confirm your name (for DVLA purposes), address for delivery, and car order and cost details.

From this point on there may be little, or no, contact from National Auto Sales until we have information regarding the delivery of your vehicle. However, you can call myself at any time 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday to discuss any further queries. I'll be on my mobile over the weekends too. 07947 229956

Is the expected delivery date usually correct?

National Auto Sales is obviously completely controlled by the manufacturer with regard to the exact delivery date. In most cases the expected time quoted is usually correct. Obviously with a quotation of an 8 week delivery time, we cannot give an exact date. After the vehicle has left the manufacturer, arrived with our supplying dealer and the pre-delivery inspection is completed, then a definite delivery date can be arranged. Some cars are available from stock.

How much deposit do I pay?

A deposit will be needed to secure the deal. The amount may differ but is usually £500. On more expensive vehicles this price may be up to £1,000.

When is the Balance due?

Balances are only payable on release of the chassis and registration number of the vehicle supplied. Payment is usually by Bank Transfer or cleared Banker's draft. The final balance is usually invoiced by either the supplying dealer or National Auto Sales.

Do you offer the facility to Part Exchange?

Please call 01704 570657. Some of our suppliers will accept your car as part exchange. Prices offered are direct from the supplier and not National Auto Sales.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, please call me to discuss the options. We are able to offer all finance options to both the private and business user (ie PCP, PCH, HP, Contract Hire) on our own discounted vehicles. All finance is offered through Independent Funding Solutions Ltd of 223 Knowsley Rd, Bootle.

Is my new car delivered?

Yes. Home or work delivery is available on all new cars from National Auto Sales. Certain makes have free delivery. Free delivery means driven to you (England or Wales). Cars can be transported at additional cost; also delivery to Scotland (driven or transported) can be arranged. Again, please call for a quote.
A few of our suppliers may allow you to pick up your car if needed from their depot, however this can depend on the supplier; please discuss this with myself.

Where will the vehicle come from?

The new vehicle will be delivered to you direct from our main dealer. The location of the supplying dealer will be decided when we have allocated the one with the fastest delivery period for your car.

Who will guarantee my New Car? What about Services/Warranty etc?

As all our vehicles are UK supplied cars, they are covered by the manufacturers three year warranty. Services and repairs can be carried out at any UK main dealership.

Will I be the 1st owner?

Usually, no. 99% of our vehicles are pre-registered. Therefore you will be listed as a 2nd owner on the log book. However your new car will be brand new to you with delivery mileage only. The car still arrives with all the usual dealer facilities like 3 year warranty, 12 months road tax and roadside assistance. We can sometimes offer the car to you as the first owner. This is usually if the car is in stock at the dealer or there is a promotional offer at that time. We will always confirm the above details when you are ordering the car.

Who takes care of the V5 registration documents?

National Auto Sales will have confirmed with you all the necessary details for the DVLA. This process is taken care of by the supplying manufacturer dealer or fleet supplier. As your car is supplied pre registered your log book takes slightly longer to be released to you.

Can I speak to someone after 6pm or at a weekend?

Yes! Call my mobile anytime (reasonable hours please). If you make arrangements via email or text, I can call you at your required time.
