How will I be paid for my vehicle?
In most cases www.carbuyer-uk.com will pay you by bank transfer. We have an almost immediate payment system in place with our Banks and the process can usually be completed within the hour. We usually transfer the money in once the price has been agreed and the CarBuyer-uk representative is still with you.
Alternatively we can pay by Cheque, or in some circumstances we can arrange to pay cash for the vehicle. Please note the CarBuyer-Uk agent will not arrive with cash but can if necessary make arrangements with yourselves.

Do www.carbuyer-uk.com only buy Volvo, BMW Mercedes and Audi?
In 99% of cases YES. However we are willing to look at other vehicles. Our criteria is that the vehicle is road worthy, has a MOT and is taxed and running, less that 80,000 miles and in clean working order. Please call to arrange to have your vehicle priced.

How is my vehicle priced?
CarBuyer-Uk works from Glasses guide to value it's purchases. We have computerised systems that tell us the vehicles true value to date. The computerised software tells us how to value any damages or repairs needed to the vehicle and we follow those guidelines strictly.

What happens if I have finance on the vehicle?
Carbuyer-Uk can organise the settlement of finance on your car as part of the transaction. Please let the CarBuyer-UK agent know of any finance before he visits you or before you bring your car in. If the vehicle is listed as having finance we cannot take the vehicle away or pay you for it until we have notice in writing from the finance company. We will assist you with this as much as possible.

What about paperwork?
For Carbuyer-Uk to purchase your vehicle you will need the following to be available when our agent calls you. V5 registration document, a valid MOT (if needed), and any service history. Without the V5 Carbuyer-Uk will not purchase the vehicle.

Would I be better part-exchanging my car or selling it to www.carbuyer-uk.com?
There are benefits in selling your car to us rather than part-exchanging. Dealers will offer what seems to be a good part exchange price to persuade you to buy an over priced new car. In our experience the best way to negotiate at any car dealership is to have cash available to bargain with. In all circumstances it is better to haggle with cash that try with a part exchange.

What do Carbuyer-Uk do with the vehicles? Do you also sell cars?
Carbuyer-Uk have a team of buyers accross the Uk, most of the cars we buy are resold through our trade outlets. We usually carry 75 - 100 cars in stock at anyone time.
